About Me

I am a recent graduate from San Jose State University with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. I have a deep passion for journalism and sports; through my experience both at SJSU and through my internships I know want to have a career in these fields.

My love of sports started at an early age with reading the paper and following the stats of my favorite players. It continued through high school when I was able to cover my high school’s sporting events. Now being done with college my passion for sports is at an all time high, because living in the Bay Area has allowed me to follow sports and continue this passion.

My passion for journalism started in high school when began to write for my newspaper and also cover sports for the local NBC affiliate KCRA 3. Once I got to college I continued to study journalism and learn and grow as a reporter. Through working for my on-campus television station and interning at KTVU I was able gain the tools and experience that will allow me to become a professional journalist.
